Here at The Center we firmly believe that motion is lotion and beneficial movement is a necessity for longevity. Our approach to fitness Pilates is a revolutionary and integrative fitness system. We blend the Pilates Method with alignment, biomechanics, anatomical science, sports medicine and Integrated Structural Therapy to create a leading edge approach to mindful and productive movement.

 

Utilizing spring-based equipment we are able strengthen and stretch the body in an assistive way. Our unique approach teaches clients how to exercise in a way that will prevent injuries and maintain balance between stability/strength and mobility/flexibility within the body.
