Rehabilitation Pilates

Our Rehabilitation Pilates Therapists are trained and skilled to get to the root of your chronic pain and/or dysfunction. The body is a very intricate system composed of many parts that are both interconnected and interdependent on the other. Because of this, it is imperative to look at the entire structure of the body and not just the source of pain.
At The Center for Evolved Movement we have developed a unique and whole-listic approach to the treatment of structural imbalances, chronic pain, movement dysfunctions, injuries, orthopedic and spine ailments as well as increased sports performance and efficiency.

Our customized, diagnostic and therapeutic approach begins with analyzing a client’s posture and identifying movement patterns, lifestyle activities and historical data that may be contributing to their condition. Through in-session instruction, re-education and take-home exercises, new and functional patterns are introduced and integrated.
A variety of evaluation and intervention techniques are utilized to facilitate lasting change and awareness. Ultimately, clients gain new tools to heal themselves while becoming reconnected to their bodies and permanently freed from their pain and dysfunction. This approach is interactive and reliant on the client to switch from a healthcare mindset to a self-care mindset. The process begins and ends with you!
